Conversely, if you roster a Year 2 receiver whose per-route efficiency collapsed or who got squeezed out by new target competition, sell before your league realizes the rookie flash was the whole argument.
For Redraft Managers
July and August drafts are where last year's box scores do the most damage. The casual players in your home league are going to look at 2025 box scores, see underwhelming totals, and draft accordingly. Don't draft based on what happened when a player was hurt and catching passes from a broken offense. Draft based on the underlying metrics that prove he still knows how to play the game.
